Hyatt Place Charlotte / University Research Park

Our stay was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the morning breakfast was clean and excellent. Our host and front dest person was Deborah. She made our entire 2 day trip there amazing. She is what any hotel should have as a host. Deborah was kind, considerate, friendly and gave us a beautiful smile the whole time we talked. If you ever visit this hotel, ask for Deborah in the morning. She is a wonderful host and will take good care of you and your guest. She made it a 5 star stay, thank you Debbie, we really appreciate you and look forward to visiting here again.

We booked the hotel for our family wedding, and the staff's exceptional service and warm hospitality made it a dream come true. With all family members staying together, the hotel's amenities and spacious rooms were a perfect fit. Hyatt staff really know how to make their guests happy. Can't thank them enough! Truly deserve 5 Stars. One small suggestion to kitchen staff. Please ensure to refill food trays for breakfast Buffett. One day I went down with my family at 9:20 am and there was no eggs or fresh cut fruits. Once asked staff member in buffet area stated no more eggs or fruits when breakfast time ends at 10am.

Everyone at this hotel was very helpful and kind. We ask about restaurant close by. There suggestions were great and we did try each place. Checking in and out was very professional and quick which I absolutely love.

The team here was so kind and helpful. They meant all our needs. Ms Deborah and Ms Janet as well as Tammy and their District Manager Deidra. They should do a master class on hospitality . If you are looking for an amazing hotel, give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Very nice hotel with super clean rooms and property. Food was great, including the breakfast buffet. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including Cheddar's which is right next door.

Over 20 families stayed at this hotel for a family wedding and not a single complaint!! Rooms were extremely clean and very large (every room has a pullout bed). Could not say enough things about the staff who were so accommodating and kind. No way that anyone will stay anywhere else but here when visiting us in CLT!

We have stayed here twice in the last month. I am a Hyatt member and typical only stay in Hyatts. This was undoubtedly the best Customer service we have ever received. We had no issues or concerns that warranted contacting the staff but they were proactive always asking if we needed anything and how we were doing and greeting us when we went through the lobby. And it was genuine ! The ladies ( and one gentleman) that worked the front desk are simply delightful to be around. These people truly love their jobs and providing authentic hospitality and man it shows. And they were amazing to our Lab Lucy. The hotel was also very clean. Thank you for making our stay great and yes !!! We will be back.

We had a great weekend stay here. Super easy on + off of the interstate and only took me 18 min to get to CLT airport. The hospitality is truly unmatched— everyone at the front desk was just lovely. Hotel was quiet and secured, parking lot was well lit, and breakfast was good (free for discoverists and above, $8.66 if you’re not). We appreciated the almond milk and abundance of fresh fruit!
